I sometimes catch myself daydreaming about Boa.
Easily, eeeeasily the best restaurant in Arlon. Frankly, it shouldn't even be here, it's place is somewhere in NYC or LA.
Luckily, likely due to some form of psychosis of the hipsters running the place it is here and we get to enjoy it.
The place is tiny and is open Tuesday-Friday so book ahead or forget about it.
I can't even give you a recommendation cause the menu changed every time I went, but certainly try the baos and get their homemade ice tea.
The desserts are a bit over the top for me, either too sweet or too weird, so I stopped ordering those.- Type de repas

Always a bit crowded but the food is really good, the atmosphere feels like being on holidays and you can still have a good beer or cocktail while waiting for a table

Une superbe découverte avec une cuisine ouverte, places au comptoir où l'on peut voir le personnel travailler les produits qui aboutissent les plats. C'est top et un superbe concept. Des plats à partager, c'est génial.

Petit resto atypique à Arlon, un concept original, un accueil très sympa et surtout un véritable voyage pour les papilles du Japon à la Corée en passant par l'Inde, tous les plats (à partager) dont délicieux, plein de saveurs et de créativité. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Une bonne note également pour la carte des cocktails 🍸

Très bon et extrêmement qualitatif Ingrédients, recettes et saveurs authentiques Le chef se balade de table en table pour discuter avec les clients, une personne très aimable qui a parcouru toute l’Asie et qui a certainement les connaissances et l’expérience pour cuisiner ce genre de plats! À essayer au moins une fois! C’est d’un très bon niveau

I had a great time last night with my Bao Box and my Wings! This is the first time I found Bao delicious. The tastes are unusual and excellent. Well done ! I highly recommend! We can finally eat “different” in Arlon. The new “tasting” menu is an excellent idea! This allows 2 people to enjoy a maximum of choice of menu! The service is always so pleasant, the food incredibly good and original. I recommend again and again!

Nous avons fait l'expérience de Boa at Home - tout est frais, il suffit de réchauffer et de mettre en place chez soi. C'était très agréable de manger les Bao emblèmatiques de Boa chez soi 😋.
